Mostar buses
Use Mostar buses for a journey that fits the timetable: a city address, Ilići or a Blagaj outing with the return planned too. Spanish Square, Rondo and the Old Bridge area are different destinations. The ticket zone and the last walk matter alongside the bus number.

Rondo, the bridge area or Međugorje?
For a west-bank address around Rondo, the operator lists line 5 as Rondo–Cim. Spanish Square belongs to the line 1 journey described below. For the Old Bridge or Kujundžiluk, locate the final walk from your chosen stop; a bus destination is not the entrance to the pedestrian quarter.
Mostar Bus also lists line 48 for Mostar–Međugorje. Keep that county-line journey separate from the city zones and plan the return with the operator’s dated table. If you want Čitluk rather than Međugorje, ask which service and stop you need. A room near the station, Spanish Square or Rondo may change how you reach the departure point.
Blagaj: line 10 and the stop you need
Line 10 is Sjeverni logor–Blagaj. Its diagram names Željeznička stanica, Razvitak, Pozorište and Lučki most in Mostar, with Blagaj Dom at the other end. The timetable gives departures from Sjeverni logor, not times for those intermediate stops.
The table effective from 14 September 2026 gives unstarred weekday examples of 10:05 from Sjeverni logor and 15:45 from Blagaj. Saturday examples are 08:00 and 12:00 outward, 08:30 and 12:40 back. They are selected terminal departures; plan the visit and walk around the pair you will use.
The September table shows no Sunday or holiday service on lines 1 and 10. Starred journeys may run as line 12 or together with line 13 on a different itinerary; an unstarred journey is simpler to read for a first visit. The current operator timetable supplies the full table and any replacement download.
Two rides or a day ticket?
The operator’s zone diagram puts Blagaj in city Zone II. City singles are listed at 1.80 KM for Zone I, 2.50 KM for Zone II and 3.20 KM for Zone III. A separate Zone II outward ride and return total 5 KM per person on those prices.
The 6.50 KM day ticket covers the city zones. Two Zone II singles cost less; three cost 7.50 KM. The Mostar–Međugorje county line needs its separate product and terms.
Get the ticket before the outing
Mostar Bus identifies sales points at the railway station and in Ulica kralja Tomislava. Show Blagaj or your city destination when buying the appropriate single or day ticket. Staff can explain how the issued ticket is checked on boarding.
For an on-board purchase, ask Mostar Bus which ticket the driver sells and how to pay and use it. Its number is +387 36 580 210. Retain the ticket through the journey.
Ilići is a scheduled city journey
Line 1 connects Španjolski trg and Ilići. Its diagram labels Španjolski trg Ćiro, Centar 2 and Balinovac, among other stops. Saturday departures in the September table are 07:10 and 10:00 outward, with 07:25 and 10:15 from Ilići. Use the specific departure you need; these two Saturday rides do not offer a frequent sightseeing circuit.
Leave room for the Blagaj visit itself
Blagaj Dom is the bus stop, rather than an attraction entrance. Locate the onward walk and return boarding point for the place you want to visit. For essential step-free access or a fixed later connection, a transport enquiry should name the attraction and return to Mostar.
A Mostar base keeps this as a day outing. The city guide gives a fuller town day when the bus timetable does not fit.
Riding without a complicated setup
A saved operator route diagram and the stop names for both directions give a useful starting point. Do not make the return depend on a live-app prediction you have not been able to open. Carry small KM cash for an agreed driver sale, keep the issued ticket and let people off before boarding.
For a late arrival with cases, include the room entrance and bags in a transfer outline. Compare any provider’s offered journey with the bus departure and walk before deciding.
