Working with local providers
Local transport, accommodation and activities can bring a visitor’s route together. Potential collaboration with Visit BiH can cover a single service, a client itinerary or recurring work, with responsibilities and terms agreed for the proposed arrangement.

Local provider enquiries

Transport, accommodation and activities
For transport, give the pickup area, vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, and travel-day contact. An airport transfer and a walking group’s return from a trailhead need different plans. Describe any boarding assistance or equipment you can actually provide.
For accommodation, include the address, room types, booking contact and entrance arrangements. For an activity, give the meeting point, route or format, group size, participant requirements, languages and who leads it. That detail lets a visitor judge whether the offer suits their trip.
How collaboration would work
For an airport pickup, the visitor needs to know who is collecting them, what the quote includes and who handles a flight change. Name the service provider and the parties issuing the quote and confirmation. Put payment, cancellation and complaints responsibilities in the agreement.
A recurring transfer arrangement and an occasional property referral involve different work. Any fee or commission needs agreed terms: what it covers, when it becomes due and what happens if the booking changes.
Business details and service standards
Include your registered business name and the permissions and insurance relevant to the work. A proposed agreement would also need a way to update prices, availability and material changes. Equipment, languages and access descriptions should match what a visitor would receive.
Send a business introduction
Email your registered business name, service area, website and contact person, with a short description of the work you would like to discuss. Customer lists and identity documents are not needed.
For a client itinerary, use the travel trade guide. The About page explains Visit BiH’s purpose and approach.
