Parking in Trebinje
For a Trebinje Old Town day, compare a larger car park with a short street stay. Summer Zone I has a two-hour limit. For several nights, compare public parking with the space offered by your accommodation.

Larger car parks and street zones
Parking Servis names car parks in Stepe Stepanovića, Njegoševa, Dušanova and Trebinjskih brigada. The first two are enclosed parks; the latter two appear in Zone II. For an overnight, compare the vehicle entrance and luggage drop with the walk back from the car.
Zone I includes Kralja Petra I Oslobodioca and Cara Lazara. Vuka Karadžića is split: the stretch between Stepe Stepanovića and Vojvođanska is Zone II. Read the sign for the stretch you use rather than assigning the whole street one price.
Parking prices
Enclosed Stepe Stepanovića costs 1 KM per started hour; enclosed Njegoševa, in front of ERS, costs 1.50 KM. These prices appear in both the tariff and summer notice.
The published summer period is 15 May–15 September: Zone I costs 3 KM an hour with a two-hour limit; Zone II costs 1.50 KM an hour. The tariff gives Zone II at 1 KM outside summer. On either changeover date, read the price displayed at the space.
The tariff and payment guide disagree on Zone II day tickets, Zone I summer day tickets and Zone I’s off-season hourly charge. For a whole day, ask Parking Servis on +387 59 222 323 which ticket covers your parking place and what it costs.
Paying at a meter or kiosk
Meters are listed in Ruska, Kralja Petra I Oslobodioca, Bregovi, Ložiona, Vuka Karadžića and Cara Lazara. The guide says to insert the exact amount in 0.50, 1, 2 or 5 KM coins, press the green button and display the ticket. These machines do not give change.
The guide lists Đimtrejd and iNovine kiosks selling day tickets, including Cara Lazara and Kralja Petra I locations. Ask which parking place the ticket covers and confirm the price before paying.
Paying by SMS
For an hourly street ticket, text the registration without spaces or special characters, for example M23T456. Use 0835900 for Zone I or 0835901 for Zone II. The successful reply gives the plate, zone and paid-until time; an error reply means you need another method.
With a foreign SIM, have a meter or ticket seller as an alternative to the local short code. If no successful ticket comes back, use that method before leaving the car. Keep the payment proof.
When charging applies
Charging is published as 07:00–21:00 on weekdays and 09:00–21:00 on Saturdays. Sundays are free on streets, while enclosed Stepe Stepanovića and Njegoševa charge around the clock. Charging hours alone do not settle the gate’s night-entry arrangements.
For a winery or cave outing, buy a ticket that covers the whole time the car will stay at that location. For repeated nights, compare a hotel parking offer with public parking, asking what space and access it includes. The city guide helps separate a central walk from the outing.
The longer stay and a digital option
Read the maximum stay on the space’s sign and keep the successful ticket; extending payment does not remove the summer Zone I limit. A reserved bay or blocked entrance needs a different place to park.
The operator’s payment page links Android and iOS Trebinje Parking apps. Check the registration and payment options before relying on one, with a meter or ticket seller as a fallback. The links do not establish bank-card support or a successful purchase for your phone.
