Trg maršala Tita puts the car in central Bihać; Bedem is another location to compare for a walk around town. Use the named space and its sign when paying. The operator’s zone headings alone do not give every location the same price.

The cultural centre’s side parking has its own tariff row and is used for buses from 1 April to 1 October. The passenger-car example above is in front of the building. Use the sign for the space you actually occupy.
Card payment through GoParking

SMS · use the number on the location’s sign
KOMRAD’s SMS example is the registration alone, such as A12A123. One message buys one hour when the transaction succeeds. Use the number on the location’s sign and retain the returned ticket; the service’s zone numbering differs from the tariff’s headings.
The operator describes “?” as a request for time remaining, a five-minute expiry reminder and another message for an extension. Keep your own reminder too. Only the successful returned ticket records payment, rather than a sent message or an expected alert.
Service hours and help
The parking unit publishes service hours of 07:00–19:00 for 1 October–30 April and 07:00–21:00 for 1 May–30 September. Use the space’s charging sign for your visit; those unit hours do not establish a Sunday exemption or overnight access everywhere.

Other streets and a payment problem
KOMRAD’s tariff by location also names Bosanskih banova at 1 KM an hour, with the parking on the left in the south-to-north direction. For a cultural-centre event, distinguish the front, side and rear spaces.
The operator warns that an unpaid foreign-registered car may be clamped and quotes 20 KM for release plus the zone’s daily ticket. For an unpaid-parking notice, contact a controller promptly: its guidance gives 24 hours from issue to seek cancellation by paying 20 KM plus the daily ticket. Confirm the procedure for your notice and keep all payment receipts.
