Arriving by coach
The arrival stop matters as much as the city on a coach ticket. Mostar has separate eastern and western stops; in Tuzla, distinguish the city coach station from the airport. Identify the terminal before booking the first night or asking someone to meet you.

Use the full arrival address
FlixBus lists Mostar’s eastern stop at Trg Ivana Krndelja bb and the western stop at Vukovarska bb. It also says that the ticket carries the latest address information. Give that issued stop to your host or pickup driver, especially when the accommodation is described simply as being in Mostar.
Tuzla’s station is at Bosne Srebrene 60, listed by both Transturist and FlixBus. Banja Luka’s station gives Braće Podgornika 47, while Sarajevo’s coach station is at Put života 8 near the railway station. These are useful arrival addresses; the chosen ticket determines where your own coach stops.
An overnight coach may leave you needing a morning baggage drop rather than immediate room access. Agree that with the property. For a late evening arrival, keep the entrance and check-in instructions where you can read them offline.
A ticket purchase with a reserved journey
Centrotrans’s published online instructions start with the origin, destination, direction and date. After selecting a departure, enter the passenger details and complete payment, then save the issued ticket. An account is optional. Its FAQ recommends a printout without making printing compulsory.
A fixed-date return includes a return reservation. An open return needs a later check-in or reservation, so buying it does not settle the departure you will use. The operator also identifies possible station-service, luggage and open-return check-in charges. Compare the whole cost with the ticket conditions.
Ordinary bags and awkward items
Centrotrans charges luggage according to the line. Bicycles and scooters require an advance enquiry about the vehicle; a musical instrument can travel only if the bus’s luggage compartment can accommodate it. Those conditions belong to the actual departure, rather than a universal coach allowance.
Keep documents, medicine, the ticket and the first-night address in the bag you retain. Mark the larger bag clearly and keep any baggage receipt issued. After arrival, collect your own bag before moving on to the local journey.
Coming across a border
Use the entry guide for your passport and the countries on the booked route. Keep the necessary documents readily accessible. A border crossing can interrupt an otherwise straightforward journey, so a separately booked train, flight or coach needs a realistic gap after the advertised arrival.
For onward public transport, begin with the station’s departure board or ticket desk. A coach ticket and a local-bus ticket are different purchases. In Banja Luka, city line 10 has Autobuska stanica as its station terminus; the city guide explains the direction and day columns.
The final ride to the room
Use the local transport guides when a named route suits the address and luggage. A direct pickup may make more sense for a late arrival, several cases or essential boarding help. A transfer enquiry should include the issued arrival stop, scheduled time and accommodation address, with a plan for reaching the driver if the coach is delayed.
For the next travel day, the intercity guide compares a public connection with a direct ride or a journey that includes a visit.
To prepare for a station pickup enquiry, add the journey to a transfer outline. Use the arrival stop printed on the ticket so the ride begins at the right terminal.
