Transport, stays and guided visits

A brief can cover one airport pickup, transport across several overnight bases, or an itinerary combining stays and visits. The group transport guide helps match the vehicle request to the passengers and luggage.

Two ways to use six nights

A two-city example uses three Sarajevo nights, two Mostar nights and a final Sarajevo night. Across six nights and seven days, it puts the group back in Sarajevo before departure. This separate pattern suits a client who wants fewer moves and longer in each city.

The classic seven-day outline uses two Sarajevo nights, one Travnik night, one Jajce night and two Mostar nights. The last overnight is in Mostar. An early Sarajevo flight may mean returning the evening before or changing the final night; the revised plan needs to show that change consistently. The complete-trip guide uses this same classic pattern.

What the proposal needs to settle

The proposed services need named providers, inclusions and exclusions, with the full price and currency. Put vehicle and luggage requirements beside the route, and specify accommodation and guiding where requested. Distinguish requested services from confirmed arrangements.

Before the client commits, agree the contracting parties, payment recipient and arrangements for changes and cancellation. A transport-only quote should make its scope clear beside the route and include the responsible provider’s terms.

For recurring work, describe the expected booking pattern and lead time, then agree the service area, enquiry and quotation process, how long quotes remain valid, payment and travel-day responsibilities. A first itinerary can show whether the route suits the client; a standing provider arrangement needs its own terms.
